Policies, Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with Travel Holiday.

1. General

Travel Holiday is a travel agency based in Jetpur, Gujarat (India) offering domestic and international packages, tickets, hotels, visas and related services. By using our website, sharing your details or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All quotes are subject to availability and price change until confirmed with advance payment.
  • Booking is confirmed only after advance is received and written confirmation / voucher is issued.
  • Balance payment must be made before the due date mentioned in the proposal / invoice.
  • Prices are based on current airfares, hotel rates, taxes and forex; any increase will be payable by the traveller.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing (WhatsApp / email).
  • Cancellation charges depend on supplier policy and time remaining before departure.
  • Visa fees, insurance premiums and certain airfares / hotel bookings are fully non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if any) are processed only after receipt from airlines / hotels / suppliers and may take several working days.
  • No refund is applicable for No-Show or partly utilised services.

4. Visa & Documents

  • Traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport, visa and travel documents.
  • Visa assistance is offered on best-effort basis; approval/rejection lies solely with the Embassy/Consulate.
  • Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application is lodged.

5. Health, Safety & Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (medical, baggage, trip cancellation, etc.). It is the traveller’s responsibility to comply with health, vaccination and COVID-related regulations of each destination.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We act as an intermediary between travellers and airlines, hotels, transporters and other suppliers.
  • We are not liable for any act, omission or default of third-party suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or additional costs due to natural calamities, strikes, technical issues or force majeure.
  • Travellers are responsible for their own baggage, documents, money and personal safety.

7. Privacy

We collect basic contact and travel details to prepare quotations, process bookings and provide support. Your data may be shared with suppliers (airlines, hotels, DMCs, etc.) only for your booking and is not sold to third parties for unrelated marketing. By enquiring or booking with us, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp, phone or email for your trip and relevant offers. You may opt out of marketing messages anytime by informing us.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Jetpur / Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
